Sharing the CCH-003 panel with Salim Okonkwo, PMHNP-BC. Half-time start, transition to full-time over 12 months as the panel grows. Direct patient care; no on-call until month 6.

How we hire

Our hiring process for clinicians has four steps: a 30-minute screening conversation; an in-person half-day in the practice (with patient consent for any room-shadowing); a structured working-session conversation with at least three of the existing clinicians; and a written offer with full terms. We pay competitively for the Hudson Valley region and we publish base salaries in the role description, not in a "competitive" hand-wave.

The reasons we have not hired in the last 18 months are documented in the colophon's hiring history. We have made two hiring errors in the practice's history; both are publicly noted.
